Every year, the International Compost Awareness Week (ICAW), the largest and most educational compost program, is celebrated nationwide to promote composting and the benefits it has on soil and plant growth. To encourage the act of composting and incorporate the theme of "recipe for regeneration", this design was inspired by the chalkboard menu displays that may be found outside of some venues such as coffee shops. Furthermore, this poster encompasses the meaning of compost with the traditional and well-known compost cycle while also focusing on the idea that waste can be combined and used for better, more resourceful purposes.
